
The village of La Colle-sur-Loup – officially separated from St. Paul to the Revolution – is a welcoming, quiet village to be discovered with its main paved street from which alleys and passages which lead to charming plots where nests of Restaurants at the generous table.

The Colle-sur-Loup was the village of the mills in the nineteenth century (there were no fewer than 7 in activity, including the one where the Bastide Saint-Donat is today) and the rose with perfume that "exported" to Grasse. The beautiful years were gathered up to 150 tons of petals of centifolia – or Rose of May – the Rose that enter the composition of the greatest fragrances. Antique shops and boutiques are in the center of the village. Do not hesitate to climb up to the heights to have very beautiful points of view. For lovers of the shopping malls "New Look", a visit to Polygone Riviera, on the road to Cagnes-sur-Mer, is necessary: this space, dedicated to trade, catering, cinema, is open-air. It is considered to be unique in Europe.
